Shirley Greenaway

Shirley is a Masters graduate, qualified ICF accredited Coach, Facilitator and NLP Practitioner. Her early career began in the NHS as a clinician and culminated in a senior management role. Shirley engages her clients with her enthusiasm and insightful approach. Her creative solutions coupled with her passion and sense of humour ensure her clients achieve ground breaking changes.

Shirley’s wealth of experience, spanning over twenty years, enables her to specialise in performance coaching and leadership development for senior leaders and their teams.

Martin Longdon

Martin is an Honours graduate, an NLP Practitioner and a qualified ICF accredited Coach. He has worked at director level in operations, logistics, business development and sales. He has over 20 years expertise in developing and motivating high performance teams and individuals to exceed their goals, both in Europe and the U.S.A.

Martin’s real passions are executive and business coaching and leadership development with a clear focus on results, quality and generative learning.

Elspeth Cardy

Elspeth, an Honours French graduate, is a trained and experienced Coach and Coach Supervisor. Her early career was in education, mostly at national level, and later, internationally with the British Council.

In her coaching, Elspeth provides a safe place where challenging situations and decisions can be addressed in complete confidence. She also supervises trainee coaches, trains managers in the use of coaching skills in the workplace, and conducts 360 feedback for senior managers.

Michael Lewis

Michael is a qualified Trainer, Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. He is committed to achieving outstanding results with a background in Corporate British Airways. For over ten years he has enjoyed training and coaching over 5,000 clients from C.E.O.s to line managers both in the UK and abroad. His experience spans central government and both private and public sectors.

Sue Miles

Sue’s background is in the world of construction and property and, after an initial career as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) she moved to focus on broader roles within the sector including operational management and business performance.  Her work at Top 5 international construction consultancy, EC Harris LLP led to a Partner position, where ultimately she led the Learning and Development team.

Sue is qualified to MBA level and is an NLP Practitioner. She works to drive through change and make people projects happen in the workplace for her clients.

Wendy Gannaway

Wendy is a professional Training and Development Consultant and qualified NLP Practitioner. She developed her passion for building people potential following a career that commenced in Customer Service and led to Human Resource Management. Her clients also benefit from her unique skills gained through her performance background as a professional musician.

Wendy’s ten years experience with a wide, diverse range of clients ensures that she creates and delivers innovative solutions designed to specifically address business needs.
